CEO, Mike, caught my attention with an ethos that resonated in the early days of my career: Challenge Limitation, Champion Innovation. In that mind sight, creativity isn't commodified, inspiration is a shared resource, and the wheel can always be re-invented. I work with social and marketing teams alongside leading our in-house artists; influencing impactful design decisions, contributing to high-level strategy, and pioneering new in-house processes.

Since then, I've created 100+ viral videos over 1 million views, lead subscriber growth from 20k to 750k, processed 100k+ apparel designs, and I've directed design decisions across every platform. Pioneering an in-house product photography process to scale the RushOrderTees e-commerce catalogue from 2,000 products to 33,000 products involved a multifaceted approach. After establishing a dedicated in-house studio, I implemented a streamlined workflow encompassing product intake, styling, photography, editing, and cataloguing. In an effort to maintain consistency and efficiency, we developed comprehensive style guides and standardized shooting techniques. After optimizing every stage of the process, we successfully scaled our photography operations to ensure high-quality visuals and enhance the overall customer experience at RushOrderTees.com.
